Free Delivery
*We offer FREE delivery in Puerto Rico on orders over $250.
Shipping Details
*We currently ship orders to USA (Except Hawaii and Alaska) and US Virgin Islands.
*We do not ship international orders.
*Most credit and credit cards orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-48 business hours to process and ship.
*Mail or fax orders (of in-stock items) are shipped once payment is received unless an account with SPS Supply Specialists has already been established.
*Shipping fees and time varies depending on location.
*Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
*We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
*Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
*In case of a lost package, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.
Backorders
*Due to extensive inventory levels we rarely experience a backorder situation. Should you place an order for an item currently out of stock, you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.
Cancellations
*Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
Returns Procedures
*We will replace any defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt, returned to our office within 10 days of the shipment date.
*Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.
